Unlike many online retailers who only employ 1 or 2 staff we have a
team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff who will do everything to

reach us 6 days a week between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday
- Saturday.

We will always have all items in stock unless stated clearly on the
site, and anything you can't see online or instore can easily be ordered
on request.
All instruments go through a 5 point quality control check upon delivery
to us then once more prior to dispatch to the customer, therefore we
can guarantee
your instrument will arrive professionally set up and ready to play.
